Order Processing
At VYBLU, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Please note that order processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotional events, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping
VYBLU offers free shipping on qualifying orders of $40 or more within the United States.
Free shipping eligibility is determined based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays
While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, VYBLU is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at support@vyblu.com.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or appears to have been stolen after delivery, please contact us at support@vyblu.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue; however, VYBLU is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, VYBLU primarily ships within the United States.
Any international shipping options, if available, will be displayed during checkout.
