Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscription Program

VYBLU offers optional subscription services that provide recurring deliveries of eligible products at the frequency selected by the customer.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription terms chosen during checkout.

Manage Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account portal.

Available subscription management options may include:

  • Skip a shipment

  • Pause a subscription

  • Update billing information

  • Update shipping information

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Cancel a subscription

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

If a recurring order has already been processed or charged, that order cannot be canceled and will be fulfilled according to the selected subscription schedule.

Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future recurring orders but will not affect orders that have already been processed.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, VYBLU may attempt to reprocess the payment method on file.

If payment cannot be successfully collected, the subscription may be paused, suspended, or canceled.

Subscription Pricing

Subscription discounts and pricing are subject to change.

Customers will be notified of any material changes affecting future recurring orders as required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the VYBLU Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify previously shipped orders for a refund.

Modifications to the Subscription Program

VYBLU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.

Such modifications will not affect orders that have already been processed.
